Pricing questions
How are seats and calls counted?
You pay per seat per month. Each plan includes a monthly pool of approval calls per seat; only risky actions that ring your phone count. Reads, searches, and ordinary edits are never gated and never billed.
What happens if I go over my included calls?
Your included allowance is a hard cap, so there is no per-call overage billing and no surprise bill. At the cap, Ony.ai pauses calls for the rest of the period and the gate falls back to your agent's own permission prompt, so risky actions still wait for you instead of running unattended.
What does bring your own carrier mean?
On any paid plan you can connect your own Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or SignalWire account. Ony.ai places calls through it, you pay the carrier directly at their rates, and Ony.ai adds no telephony markup. You only pay the per-seat platform fee.
Why pay for a dedicated number?
Deliverability, not vanity. A single shared number dialing many different people gets spam-labeled by carrier analytics. A dedicated number is a stable caller ID you can save to your contacts, so your agent's calls ring through instead of landing in spam.
Is the open-source edition really free?
Yes. Self-host the whole stack under AGPL-3.0, with every feature and no paywalled core. You bring your own carrier and run it on your own infrastructure.
Can I move from self-host to Ony.ai Cloud later?
Yes. It is the same product. Start on your own infrastructure and switch to Ony.ai Cloud whenever you would rather hand off the ops, dedicated numbers, and team features.
Do you offer annual billing?
Enterprise is annual and invoiced. Annual options for Pro and Team are available on request.
